Conferences/seminars organized by the University of the Arts are also reported to the system. Conferences are added from the Conferences menu and the Add button. As a general rule, the conference organizer records the information about the conferences. Reporting practices are agreed on per academy.
The definition of a conference is loose in this context. Conferences, seminars, colloquiums, symposiums, etc. are added to the section. Meetings (e.g. meetings of networks) or internal seminars (e.g. teacher seminar, joint planning seminar) do not need to be reported. For conferences, basic information about the event and estimates/information about the number of participants are sufficient.
Those organized remotely are also reported! For 2022, the university must also report the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic to the conference. Choose one of the following from the menu: No effect, Hybrid, postponed, cancelled, moved, virtual.
