Exporting one reference

Instructions below on exporting references from Arsca apply to the national Finna.fi service as well

  1. If you want to export only one reference to RefWorks open the reference by clicking the title. Click "Export reference" at the top:

  2. Select Export to RefWorks. RefWorks will be opened in a new tab. If you are already logged in to RefWorks you'll be directed to "Last imported" folder. If you are not logged in, choose "Export to the new RefWorks" and log in using your Uniarts credentials:
    "Export to RefWorks" option.

Exporting multiple references

When exporting multiple references from Arsca to RefWorks you will first have to save the references to your favourites list.

  1. Click the pin icon after the title of the reference to save it to your favourites list. Click "Save":

  2. After saving references click your name at the top right corner and select "Your account". You will be directed straight to the Favourites list:

  3. Select the references you want to export to RefWorks (or "Select page" to export all references on your list) and click "Export selected". When a pop-up window opens, click "Export". RefWorks will be opened in a new window/tab:

    It is also possible to email references from the favourites list.

  4. If you are already logged in to RefWorks you'll be directed to "Last imported" folder. If you are not logged in, choose "Export to the new RefWorks" and log in.
